Welcome to Carlo's Homemade Sauce, where flavor meets tradition!

Born in Sicily, Italy, Carlo developed a love for cooking at a young age. His passion for cooking is what led him to come to America in the hopes of fulfilling his dream of owning a restaurant. As an immigrant driven by ambition, he founded Carlo's Pizzeria in Middle Village, New York. Established in 1966, the iconic pizzeria still remains at the same location for the last 60 years.

Three generations later, we proudly continue to honor Carlo’s legacy and family values. Our mission remains to share the love and tradition of his cherished and most celebrated recipes.
